After years of breeding beautiful English Angoras, we have made the family decision to close our rabbitry. Anyone who has bred this beautiful breed knows the work & care needed to run a healthy rabbitry. We have shifted our focus to running our Christmas Tree farm (Evergreen Christmas Tree Farm) & events/weddings eventsatevergreen.ca and this will be our focus.
We will be selling our custom indoor cages & outdoor hutch so fellow breeders stay tuned for details.
We have seen so many of our rabbits go to the most loving homes as beloved pets, fiber producers & show rabbits! Which makes closing this chapter a bitter/sweet one!

Our history is unique, I come from a background of someone who loves horses, and has owned them for years. My husband grew up on a farm and still loves all things country. We are both animal lovers. I will admit that rabbit breeding wasn't on our radar. A number of years ago we went to the Rockton Fair. This is our annual Thanksgiving weekend family tradition. I saw the most incredibly soft pair of angora mittens. This was the first time I had ever heard of rabbit angora wool. This got our brains going and so the research into angora rabbits began.
After a year of research, building our first hutch and rabbitry we we made a few trips to the United States for our breeding stock. I was fortunate to have a very well established English Angora breeder take me under her wing and teach me the ropes. Answering my many questions! We knew we were looking for quality pedigreed breeding stock and in our area they were scarce if not impossible to find. So after getting our initial stock we started our breeding program. We have come to love the English Angora breed specifically so have focused on that particular breed of angora for our rabbitry. It isn't just the wonderful fiber they produce, but their loving personalities and seeing what great pets they also make.
We are located in Guelph, Ontario about 45 mins west of the Toronto airport. We quickly learned that the demand for these beautiful buns spanned much farther than our geographic location, and now we safely ship and use transporters all across Canada and the United States. (See our transport link for more info). We are proud members of ARBA (The American Rabbit Breeders Association), and NARBC (National Angora Rabbit Breeders Association)
We breed for quality in every aspect; colour, fiber and temperament. We treat our "breeding stock" like family pets and pride ourselves in the personal care and attention we give each rabbit and litter. This is to ensure that they are well socialized and ready for their new homes.
We breed quality English Angora rabbits. Our rabbits are pedigreed and produce wonderful fiber for spinning as well as a loved family pet.
Our babies are adopted quickly, so reach out to reserve your furever friend or to ask any questions.
